How do you count "active staff"?

Anyone who logged into Train RBT in the prior month. Inactive accounts, terminated staff, and pending invitations are not billed.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Roster import, course assignment, and welcome-email dispatch are part of every plan.

What about annual contracts?

Available with a small discount. Most customers start month-to-month and switch once they are confident.

Do you charge for additional entities or tenants?

Multi-entity plans include up to four tenants. Beyond that we price per additional tenant — talk to us.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH and major credit cards. Net-30 for Multi-entity and Enterprise.
