This Privacy Policy describes how Bumblebee ABA, Inc. (“Bumblebee ABA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through the Train RBT workforce onboarding platform at trainrbt.com (the “Service”). The Service is used by Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinics to onboard Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates and to manage related credentialing, scheduling, and supervision workflows.

1. Information We Collect

Identity & contact information you provide on application forms, including full name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and home address.
Credentialing information such as RBT certification number, NPI, BACB ID, and CPR/training credentials.
Documents you upload (e.g., resume, RBT license, background-check consent, social security card image). Sensitive documents are encrypted at rest.
HR-operator information for clinic staff who administer the Service: name, work email, role, and clinic affiliation.
Service-usage data such as IP address, device, and timestamps for security and audit purposes.

2. How We Use Information

To process applications, verify credentials, and complete onboarding workflows for the clinic you applied to.
To send transactional communications by email and SMS (e.g., onboarding packet links, appointment reminders, verification codes, application status updates).
To prevent fraud, secure the Service, and meet legal, regulatory, and HIPAA-related obligations.

3. SMS / Text Message Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the Service (for example, our SMS delivery vendor, Twilio) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. All other categories of data sharing exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to SMS, you may receive transactional messages from Bumblebee ABA / Train RBT. Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month per user). Message and data rates may apply. 4. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Service:

The clinic you applied to receives your application data so its authorized HR/recruiting staff can review and respond.
Service providers that we contract with to operate the platform (cloud hosting, secure document storage, identity verification, e-signature, SMS/email delivery). These vendors are bound by data-protection agreements and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
Legal & safety: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your data to train third-party machine-learning models.

5. Data Retention

Application data is retained for the duration of the candidate’s relationship with the clinic plus the period required by applicable employment, tax, and healthcare-records laws. SMS opt-in records (timestamp, phone number, consent text shown) are retained for as long as the phone number remains opted in, plus a reasonable audit period after opt-out.

6. Your Choices

Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may also email us at the address below.
Access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Decline to provide a mobile number; however, you may not be able to receive certain time-sensitive notifications without one.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Sensitive documents (e.g., SSN images) are stored in an encrypted vault.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to users where required by law.
