Program Name

Train RBT — transactional onboarding and credentialing notifications operated by Bumblebee ABA, Inc. for ABA clinics that license the Train RBT platform.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Bumblebee ABA / Train RBT in connection with your application or HR-operator role on the Train RBT platform. Messages may include:

How to Opt In

End users opt in by completing the Train RBT online application form (e.g., trainrbt.com/apply/demo) and ticking the SMS-consent checkbox. The checkbox is unticked by default and is not a condition of employment. Clinic HR operators opt in separately during operator enrollment using the same consent disclosure.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the stage of your application and your supervision schedule. Most users receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Frequency increases briefly during active onboarding (e.g., when document signatures are pending).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Bumblebee ABA does not charge for the messages themselves; however, your mobile carrier may charge for messages received or sent under your plan.

Supported Carriers

Available on major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from this program. To re-subscribe, reply START or complete the SMS opt-in checkbox on the application form again.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized account holder of the mobile device used to opt in. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, application review, or platform access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The messaging program is provided on an “as available” basis. Bumblebee ABA is not responsible for any delay, failure of delivery, or loss of data resulting from carrier issues, network outages, or device errors.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or terminate this messaging program at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
